These shoes were advertised as black and white and appeared so in the picture. However, the tops of the shoes were a deep purple. I was not happy when i received them because you mislead me on the color. They are comfortable and I will keep them. However, during this same time I ordered a pair of skechers premium with little blue marks around the shoe strings. These shoes are too short and do not fit. I was not sent a return coupon and having throuroghly researched my account, there is no record of the shoes even having been purchased on my account. I am very upset about this because i love skechers and have spent a lot of money recently on your products. I can't wear these white premiums and have no return label to get them back to you. Why doesn't the purchase appear on my order history? I know you guys have had some challenges recently because of the boat we're all in because of corona virus. But i really don't want to pay for shoes that do not fit and that i cannot return without a return label. Thanks for listening. all things concerned , I love skechers!
