รูปในอัลบั้มที่ save ไว้ใน ไดร์ D หายไปคะ เหมือนจะโดนไวรัส T_T ต้องแก้ไขยังไงค่ะ ทำไม่เป็นจริงๆ

* ใช้โปรแกรม windows 7 คะ * เครื่องเป็น Netbook ASUS - Eee PC 1000H

อีกกรณี ภาพหน้า Desktop ลบไปหมดแล้ว แต่เวลาจะอัพโหลดภาพอื่น ภาพที่ลบดันโผล่มา T^T

Malwarebytes Premium for Android version 3 automatically performs database updates periodically. If using the Malwarebytes Free version, you must manually check for database updates to ensure your protection definitions are current. On the Dashboard, the Database Version area displays it's current status.

To manually update your database, follow the instructions below.

Manually check for database updates

1. Open Malwarebytes on your Android device.
2. Tap the Menu icon in the upper left-hand corner.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Other.
5. Tap Force update.

Malwarebytes database updates to the current Database Version.

A couple of easy things to check first, please be sure your system date/time are correct and that your AV and firewall both give MBAM full permissions. It's possible that your AV or firewall might be treating the new build as a new program and may be blocking it the files that need to be excluded can be found HERE. Please post back if you need help with doing that.

Also: have you recently run a scan that resulted in detections (such as non-malware PUPs or PUMss) for which your action is needed -- e.g. to Quarantine the items? If so, then those "Detected Threats" need to be taken care of first, to allow the program to update.

If those suggestions don't resolve your issue:

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
