The EGLIPS Blur Powder Pact is marketed as a setting powder that claims to provide a blurred, flawless finish to the skin. However, my experience with this product has been less than satisfactory:

Chalky Finish: When applied, the powder had a chalky and dry appearance on my skin. It didn't meld well with my foundation and gave my complexion an unnatural, powdery look.

Patchiness: The powder tended to apply unevenly, leading to patches of uneven texture on my skin. It didn't blend seamlessly into my foundation, making it evident that I was wearing powder.

Lack of Longevity: Despite setting my makeup initially, I found that the longevity of my makeup wasn't significantly improved. It didn't control oil or help my makeup stay in place throughout the day as effectively as other setting powders.

The EGLIPS Blur Powder Pact left my skin looking chalky and emphasized fine lines rather than providing a smooth finish. While individual experiences may vary, I found that there are more effective and user-friendly setting powders available on the market, making it difficult to recommend this particular product.
