บริการดี

จากอดีตเป็นสายการบินที่อาหารดีที่สุด เป็นสิ่งที่จะได้ลุ้นเวลาที่จะขึ้นเครื่องบินทุกครั้งว่าวันนี้จะมีอะไรแปลกใหม่ ปัจจุบันเป็นอาหารที่ให้ความผิดหวังที่สุดตั้งแต่มีการเดินทางมา

ข้อดี: "The staff and service were friendly and excellent. Flight was fast and efficient."

ข้อเสีย: "I can’t think of anything."

ข้อดี: "It’s nice that they offer food on such a short flight, but it would be nicer if they offered an option without meat."

ข้อเสีย: "Older model A-319 so there was a very small screen for the cabin."

ข้อเสีย: "The plane was older and did not have any modern amenities. The seats were somewhat hard and not very comfortable. There was no inflight enterainment so be sure to bring a book."

ข้อดี: "Small plane but wasn't full. No one sat in seat next to me. Friendly attendants."

ข้อเสีย: "Freezing cold. Small prop plane wasn't at gate. Had to take a short shuttle ride from gate to plane which was on runway."

ข้อดี: "Food on a one hour flight? Wow. Drinks coming out fast as well as food."

ข้อเสีย: "I wish someone had told me that gate A8 was so far from A6 and closer to A1"

ข้อดี: "On time and lots of room with plane about 30% full."

ข้อเสีย: "Average to pour Old airplane Flight attendants were busy taking care of themselves Equipment/entertainment was nonexistent"

ข้อดี: "Full service (with meal) on 1 hour flight!"

ข้อดี: "I flew to SukhoThai Thailand And the plane was an ART 72-500/600 propeller plane, so don't expect any entertainment on board. The flight was an hour and 5 min long and if you don't like to feel turbulence this is not the type of plane you want to take but you don't have a choice since sukhothai airport is only one runway. Other than that it was a good flight."

ข้อเสีย: "Bangkok terminal is a real greenhouse. It can be quite hot. Few food options in terminal; it is all (upscale) shopping. Boarding delayed 30 minutes without any announcements. Seat pitch is shortest I have ever seen. Tall people (>6') would not be comfortable in economy class."

ข้อเสีย: "Exhorbitant overweight baggage charges. For a total of 4kg over, I paid 2000 baht. Also the security check at DonMuang airport is completely over the top...much harsher that any security anywhere I’ve flown"

ข้อเสีย: "I bought a ticket from kayak but the third party have canceled my ticket due some security credit card reasons, But kayak never alert me of the cancelation and in the day of the flight i paid 3times more just to buy another ticket ,"
