The fourteenth product of Neutrogena that I am going to introduce is Neutrogena® Fine Fairness™ Tone Up Cream which current only could be able to purchase in Asia Countries like Korea and Hong Kong.  Tone Up Cream is a relatively new product from Korea. It is a skin care product with immediate whitening effect. It is ideal product for people who have no time to wear their makeup but want to look like they wear makeup. The product comes in a white glass tub with a cover that alway stick to the cap… Inside of it is thick white cream, so once I applied, the lotion leaves a whitish cast on my medium skin tone skin and looked like I applied my base makeup. But as it is cream, my face feel greasy and sticky and to worst it never absorbed into my skin and to be honest the smell is not very desent.. This product could be a replacememt of the base make up but for oily skin like me, apply powder on the top is a must. Also, as my eyebrow is not very apparent, so eyebrow and lip product are also necessary. I believe it is a great product for country like Korea or Japan that every female wear makeup, and people look abnormal if they dont. Also, it help to make people vitality after a long travel, like plane, overnight train or bus where people are difficult to get well perpare for themself.
