เวลาใส่ผ้าเยอะๆ หรือระดับน้ำ ขีด 3 ขึ้นไป ผ้าด้านบนไม่ขยับเลย มีใครใช้แล้วเป็นบ้างครับ
ของผม 11.5 kg เวลาซักต้องใส่ผ้าน้อยกว่าครึ่งถังถึงจะรู้สึกสะอาด
มีวิธีแก้ยังไงบ้างครับ

(เคยใช้อีกยี่ห้อ 8.5 kg ใส่ผ้าเต็ม น้ำเต็ม ปั่นแรงมาก ผ้าหมุนซ้ายขวาบนล่างเลย)
